  This Vina Tondonia Reserva Rioja wine is blended using four different types of grapes, including, Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo. The harvest is carried out manually during October, and the Rioja is aged for 6 years in oak barrels. Once it’s ready, the wine is clarified using a fresh egg from the estate and is bottled without being filtered. The Rioja spends around 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
