The botanicals are steeped overnight like a fine loose leaf tea, interacting freely with the warm spirit, allowing the essential oils to release and preserving their delicate taste. The copper pot is run slow and long to draw out the perfect flavour. The end result is a truly English gin with vibrant flavours with an exceptional smoothness. Zesty orange with notes or earl grey and traditional juniper greet the nose with a refreshing citrus palate carrying over the juniper and a punch of black pepper. Finishes long with a final bow of zest and peppery kiss.
