Ruinart, is acclaimed throughout the world as one of the oldest champagne houses. A fine, elegant champagne blended using a good balance of Chardonnay (45%) and Pinot Noir (55%), from which it gets its suppleness, consistency and balance.
The Ruinart Rosé exhibits a delicate pomegranate pink hue, accentuated by a hint of orange. Its effervescence is lively and enduring. The aroma teases with a mix of tropical fruits like guava and lychee, intertwined with soft notes of raspberry, cherry, and rose. On tasting, the bubbly introduces a blend of fresh berries, with a refreshing twist of mint and pink grapefruit.
Crafted primarily from chardonnay and pinot noir, a majority of which hail from the esteemed Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne vineyards. The Ruinart Rosé shines from aperitif to dessert. It pairs wonderfully with Italian prosciutto, mi-cuit salmon, and milk-fed lamb. A berry soup drizzled with Modena balsamic vinegar will elevate its essence during the meal's finale.
