10 Easy Pink Gin Cocktails

Pink gin cocktails are classic and will never go out of style. They will brighten up your next dinner party and impress your guests, without the worry that they will be difficult to make.

Pink Gin Fizz 

This easy to make gin fizz cocktail is a great sweet treat and adds some spritz to your night. 

All you need to make this delicious cocktail is: 


  1. Add the ice cubes into a large wine glass or balloon gin glass. 
  2. Pour in the pink gin and prosecco, then top up with lemonade. 
  3. Give it a mix and garnish with strawberries and mint before serving. 


Pink Gin Iced Tea

This blend of pink gin and iced tea makes the perfect cocktail to share with friends. If you’d like to make it as an individual serving, adjust the measurements accordingly.

All you need is: 

  • 100ml of Pink Gin
  • 100ml of Spice Rum
  • 1 Chamomile Tea Bag
  • Pink Grapefruit Juice 
  • Elderflower Cordial 
  • Ice Cubes
  • Thyme Sprigs


  1. Brew the tea bag with boiling water and steep for 2-3 mins. Remove the bag and leave to cool for 5 mins. 
  2. Pour the tea into a large jug and combine with the pink gin, spiced rum, elderflower cordial and pink grapefruit juice. Add the ice cubes and the thyme sprigs and stir before serving.

Pink Negroni

Go all out with this fantastic pink gin cocktail, which will make you think you’ve been transported straight to the beach. 

What you need: 

  • 40ml of Pink Gin
  • 25ml of Rose Vermouth or White Vermouth
  • 15ml of Aperol 
  • Ice Cubes 
  • Wedge of Pink Grapefruit
  • Basil Leaf


  1. Combine the pink gin, vermouth and Aperol into a glass with a handful of ice cubes. 
  2. Stir until the glass feels cold. 
  3. Garnish with pink grapefruit and basil. 

Pink Lady Cocktail

This pink lady gin inspired cocktail is perfect to serve someone special. You can also make your own grenadine syrup to add that extra wow factor. 

You’ll need these ingredients to make this sweet pink gin cocktail:

  • 100ml of Pink Gin
  • 4 Tablespoons of Grenadine 
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Zest
  • Maraschino Cherries


  1. Put 2 cocktail glasses into the fridge to chill. 
  2. Pour the pink gin and grenadine into a cocktail shaker, then fill with the ice cubes. 

Tip: If you’d like to make homemade grenadine, pour 200ml of pomegranate juice into a saucepan. Add 200g of frozen mixed berries, the juice of a lemon and 2 tablespoons of caster sugar. Simmer this for 10 minutes and stir occasionally until the fruit is soft, and the liquid is reduced. Strain the liquid and leave it to cool. You can use this right away or refrigerate for up to a week. 

  1. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold and then strain the mixture into a jug and discard the ice. 
  2. Tip the egg white into the shaker and pour in the gin mixture. Then, shake well until the egg is frothy. (If you prefer, you can do this in a food processor or use a hand blender). 
  3. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glasses. 
  4. If you have any cocktail sticks, skewer the cherries onto them and sprinkle the lemon zest on top. 

Cranberry Martini

This bright and delicious pink gin cocktail is perfect to make for a dinner party. It’s super easy and will go down a treat. 

You’ll need: 

  • 50ml Pink Gin 
  • 30ml of Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 50ml of Cranberry Juice
  • 30ml of Lemon Juice
  • Orange wheel
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Pop a cocktail glass into the freezer. 
  2. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass with the ice cubes and stir for a few minutes until it’s chilled. 
  3. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and garnish it with an orange wheel. 

Pink Angel

This creamy pink gin cocktail makes a luxurious treat for a weekend. 

What you need: 

  • 25ml of Pink Gin
  • 20ml of Triple Sec 
  • 30ml of Single Cream 
  • 2-3 Dashes of Rose Syrup 
  • Dried Rose Petals
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Combine the pink gin, triple sec, single cream and rose syrup into a cocktail shaker and add the ice cubes, then shake vigorously. 
  2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with the dried rose petals. 


French Kiss

This fancy French Kiss cocktail is a great one to make if you’re celebrating a special occasion. 

All you need is: 

  • 25ml of Pink Gin
  • 15ml of Raspberry Liqueur
  • 15ml of Champagne 
  • Raspberries or Rose Petals 
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the pink gin and raspberry liqueur. 
  2. Shake for a few minutes and strain into chilled champagne flutes and top up with champagne. 
  3. Garnish with a few raspberries or rose petals. 

Rhubarb Gin Sour

You can buy good quality rhubarb all year round, meaning you can enjoy this tasty pink gin cocktail whenever you like! 


  • 50ml of Pink Gin 
  • 20ml of Rhubarb Syrup 

Tip: To make rhubarb syrup, chop three stalks of rhubarb and put them into a saucepan. Cover with water and simmer until the rhubarb is mushy, and the water is pink. Strain out the rhubarb pieces and add 200g of sugar. Simmer this gently until you’ve made a syrup. 

  • 1 Egg White (Optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Add the pink gin, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake once, without the ice. 
  2. Then, add the ice cubes and shake again, then strain into a cocktail glass. 
  3. Garnish how you like. 

Lillet Rose

This lovely pink-hued cocktail is fragrant and floral, perfect for a summers' day.

You’ll need: 

  • 50ml of Lillet Rose
  • 50ml of Pink Gin
  • 100ml of Grapefruit Juice 
  • Edible Flowers
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and combine the Lillet Rose, pink gin and grapefruit juice. 
  2. Shake it vigorously and strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glasses. 
  3. Garnish with edible flowers. 

Lady Marylebone

This elegant cocktail combines elderflower and grapefruit, making it a cocktail with a punch. 

What you’ll need: 

  • 50ml of Pink Gin 
  • 20ml of Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml of Elderflower Liqueur
  • 15ml of Rose Liqueur 
  • 5ml of Grenadine 
  • Ice Cubes


  1. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for a couple of minutes. 
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy!

What is the Best Mixer for Pink Gin?
